The one I have is in fair cond. just a few parts that over 15 or so years have become as one
. Does the swingarm have disc or drum brakes because drum brake where the low point of 81's and it is air cooled?

Thats the problem I'm pretty sure the 81'-82' are a completely different animal as the liquid cooled R's. If you never have seen an 81' its alot smaller than the later models.

not very familiar with the 81 and82 models some what with the 84 and 85 but the 86 on the other hand i can assemble from ground up with my eyes closed. I am a big fan of ATC myself and might have access to some parts for your bike I will check and see what I can come up with and get back in touch with you. You would'nt by chance know of anyone with a tri-z frame and etc. I have a jam up motor just nothing to bolt it to and I also have two tecate engines one runs great other is a parts engine but I am also interesed in a frame for it if you happen to stumble across any of that it would be greatly appreciated '' I have a spare 350 x frame 85 model and a spare engine with mods to make it a 565cc I would possibly do some trading around on ''

Well the only threewheelers I know of are all honda's. I know a guy who needs to restore a 350X, But it will rust into the ground before they ever touch it agian. I know very little about threewheelers but I think it would be cool to have one of the frist true race Atv's. The problem with mine is a broken sproket hub and the front axle will not free up. I bought all new eletrical stuff and new rubber if I could get the front wheel off
and exhuast.
