what about arrival times on Friday?  does it matter how late we show up?  and does it cost to camp (don't need power hookup)?

 this is my first time at mill creek and a sequads race.  i may not get off work til 5pm and it is about a 4.5 hr drive for me.  counting food and getting lost it might be 10:30 or 11pm getting there.
